The Triple Whole House Water Filtration System is a premium whole-home water filtration solution designed to help improve water quality throughout your property. Installed at the main water line, this system filters incoming water before it reaches your taps, showers, appliances and plumbing.

This system uses a set three-stage filtration setup, making it simple and easy to understand. The standard filter configuration includes a sediment filter, heavy metal carbon filter and carbon block filter. Together, these filters help reduce sediment, selected heavy metals, chlorine, taste, odour and other unwanted contaminants from the water used throughout your home.

This system is ideal for customers who want more than filtered drinking water. It supports better-quality water for showering, bathing, cooking, washing and general household use, while also helping reduce sediment build-up through plumbing, hot water systems and appliances.

This system is designed for a set three-stage filter configuration using:

Stage 1 – Sediment Filter

The sediment filter helps reduce dirt, sand, rust and other larger particles from the incoming water supply. This stage helps protect the filters that follow and supports the overall performance of the system.

Stage 2 – Heavy Metal Carbon Filter

The heavy metal carbon filter provides a deeper level of filtration after the sediment stage. This filter helps target selected heavy metals and other unwanted contaminants in the water, supporting cleaner, better-quality water throughout the home.

Stage 3 – Carbon Block Filter

The carbon block filter, filters chlorine, unpleasant taste and odour, helping deliver cleaner, fresher water throughout the home.

Filters should be replaced every 12 months.

Please note: filters are sold separately.

This product does not include a stand or cover as standard.

If your system will be installed outdoors, we highly recommend selecting the Stainless Steel Stand and Stainless Steel Cover upgrade. This upgrade includes both the stainless steel stand and stainless steel cover.

The cover helps protect the filtration system from sun, heat, rain and general weather exposure, while the stand helps keep the installation secure and gives the setup a cleaner, more finished appearance.

For customers who want the system to better suit their outdoor area, garden or home exterior, powder coating colour options are available for the stand and cover upgrade.

Available colour options include:

• Matte Black

• Charcoal Grey

• Woodland Green

• Beige

• Deep Navy Blue

These powder coating options can be selected from the product options above.

This system comes with a 1-year product warranty, subject to correct installation, proper use, and the warranty conditions.

This system must be installed with a pressure limiting valve to help protect the housings and components from excessive water pressure.

Damage or failure caused by excessive water pressure or pressure-related issues where a pressure limiting valve has not been correctly installed may not be covered under the product warranty.

If this system is installed outdoors without a protective cover, direct sun, heat, rain and general weather exposure may damage the housings and other components. Over time, this may cause permanent damage to the filtration system.

For outdoor installations, we strongly recommend choosing the Stainless Steel Stand and Stainless Steel Cover upgrade to help protect the system and support long-term performance.

Damage caused by outdoor exposure, UV damage, heat damage, weather exposure, excessive water pressure, incorrect or improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation recommendations may not be covered under the product warranty.

Nothing in this notice limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
